The Lunar Rainbow

The lunar rainbow is an amazing spectacle for those of our guests who are here during the full moon. For those guests interested in witnessing the lunar rainbow over the Victoria Falls please be advised of the full moon dates. When you take one of our safari holidays Zambia we can take guests to the Victoria Falls one day prior, on and one day after the Full moon. Best viewing dates are just after the rains from around April through to August / September depending on cloud levels. Make sure you book your trip during the full moon period to experience this unique phenomenon!
