The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable, and the food was outstanding, better than anywhere during the subsequent two weeks.

Victoria Falls was wonderful. We opted out of the microflight (I just couldn't do it) and went on the helicopter instead which was perfect. Tea on Livingstone Island was an international affair. We enjoyed meeting people from all over the world, and of course everyone had an opinion on our upcoming elections. (they should all be happy with the results) The Sanpan Dinner at Tongabezi that you arranged was beyond my wildest dreams. Our accommodations, along with the staff, was an experience we will never forget.

More excellent hospitality and service. Forbes, our personal valet, was almost clairvoyant in his anticipations of our needs! Fantastic location. Had a hippo munching the grass right outside our room on our last night. The chef surpassed expectations in meeting my special dietary needs - just couldn't eat it all, there was so much!! Caught Tiger Fish on fishing trip, canoed down the Zambezi amongst the hippos, visited Victoria Falls and swam in the 'Devil's Pool'. The staff made us feel like we were the only ones there, they were so attentive. A really relaxing and romantic end to our African adventure.

What we really noticed, and that also applies to Tongabezi, were the meals... Never ever on safari have we had such fantastic meals with regards the quality, variety and presentation. Really wonderful. At Tongabezi, such culinary achievements were delivered, which many a restaurant would be jealous of...

Tongabezi was an altogether other-world experience and unbelievingly spoiling. Our private valet did everything for us, stopping just short of brushing our teeth!! Their service was impeccable and again the Zambezi did not disappoint with excellent sightings both mornings of the ever-elusive Africa Finfoot. So thank you, thank you, thank you. Use our comments without reserve as we rate your service and that of your operators very highly. We would not hesitate to book a safari through your company again.

Dear Richard,

I just wanted to write to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who looked after us during our honeymoon.

We absolutely loved Tongabezi and enjoyed every moment of our stay there. The tree house was superb (except for the ants) and we loved Sindabezi. The Falls were looking beautiful and we had a fabulous helicopter ride. I think the food is really fantastic - the lunches were just amazing! I so wish we were still there.

So thank you to everyone and I can really see why are clients are always so happy to stay with you. I will keep sending lots of people your way!
