Res Request Guide

1. Go to http://tongabezi.resrequest.com
2. Ensure all popup blockers are all disabled
3. For faster internet access, select a server closer to the country you are in
4. Enter you allocated username and password into the respective fields and click LOGIN








1. On the Quick Search, set the search options
2. And click Search to view available results.
Italicized text indicates a recommended alternative should your requested results not be available
3. Click Contact Us to send us an email with your requested dates

Note: Bookings will be captured directly in ResRequest at a future date
IMPORTANT: Availability is updated from out central reservation's throughout the day. Booking requests are subject to final confirmation
from our reservation office






1. Click the Availability Calendar tab (or select Availability Calendar) from the reservations menu
2. Set the date and navigate through the calendar to check availability
3. Click the Legends for details of the calendar display
4. Use the arrows to the left and right of the calendar to move dates
5. Click Contact Us to send us an email with your requested dates
